Given that starting from the fourth cahier inclusive we have ceased sending our cahiers to all those of our new prospective subscribers who had not accepted our receipts, André Bourgeois has since made the following shipments. The sharp drop for Belgium and other countries for the sixth cahier comes from the fact that our receipts did not return to us from those countries until after the shipment of the fifth cahier.

In the numbers we give above some prospective subscribers are counted. We continue in fact to identify citizens who in L’Aurore publish their protest against the villainous amnesty and we send them our cahiers on a prospective basis. We ask these latter prospective subscribers to kindly let us know their intentions without delay.
